Customer Support Agent (German).

We are seeking an organized and friendly German-speaking customer support agent to join our growing team. You will be required to provide excellent phone support to our customers for the German market. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve issues and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service.

The job will be in our office in Gzira, Malta. Our office is located right on the seafront next to the public garden. Our office has plenty of amenities, including free water, coffee, a leisure area, and a balcony with stunning sea views. However, we also offer the possibility to work remotely.

Our clients expect our awesome services all day and every day, even at times that are maybe not always convenient. As a result, are only looking for team players who are open to working night shifts, on weekends, and on German public holidays.

You’ll have responsibilities.

As a customer support agent for the German market, you’ll receive training to prepare you for your tasks. You will then have the following responsibilities:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Apply the knowledge that you will gain in our on- and offsite training sessions so that you can answer all questions.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

As a German-speaking customer service agent, you will support clients abroad. While this is an entry-level position, we require the following skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.

Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition.

Experience in a customer service-related role.

Positive and service-oriented attitude.

Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks at once.

Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
