You will be required to provide excellent phone support to our customers for the German market. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve issues and maintain our company\u2019s reputation for high-quality service.<\/p>\n<p>The job will be in our office in Gzira, Malta. Our office is located right on the seafront next to the public garden. Our office has plenty of amenities, including free water, coffee, a leisure area, and a balcony with stunning sea views. However, we also offer the possibility to work remotely.<\/p>\n<p>Our clients expect our awesome services all day and every day, even at times that are maybe not always convenient.
